1. Introduction

This website (andrihouse.com) is owned and operated by Andriana Nikomani, owner of the Andri House property in Marathias, Corfu. By using this website, you accept these terms of use in full.

2. Purpose of this website

This website presents the Andri House property, its amenities and location, and lets you send us questions and booking requests. The website does not process payments. A booking request is not a confirmed booking.

3. Bookings

Bookings for Andri House are made through the Booking.com platform or directly with us. For bookings made on Booking.com, the booking contract, cancellation terms, pricing and payment policies are governed solely by Booking.com's own terms, which you agree to when completing your booking there.

A direct booking, made through the booking request form of this website, WhatsApp or email, is a separate agreement directly between you and the property owner. It is not covered by Booking.com's terms, cancellation policy or payment guarantees. Its terms are described in the Booking Terms. Different terms may be explicitly agreed by arrangement before confirmation.

4. House Rules

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You need to inform the property in advance of your arrival time.
• Check-out: until 12:00 PM (noon).
• Children of all ages are welcome. Cot upon request, free of charge, subject to availability. This property does not have any extra beds. There is no age requirement for check-in.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Parties and/or events are not allowed. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
• Pets are not allowed.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, photos, design, logo) is protected by copyright and belongs to the owner of Andri House, unless stated otherwise. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Accuracy of information

We make every reasonable effort to keep the information on this website (descriptions, amenities, photos, distances, prices) accurate and up to date, though this is not a guarantee. The availability calendar and the totals shown are indicative. Availability and the final price are confirmed with your booking.

7. Third-party links

This website contains links to third-party platforms (Booking.com, Google Maps, WhatsApp, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external websites.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of this website or the inability to access it.
