Booking Terms

These terms apply to stays booked directly with us — through the booking request form of this website, WhatsApp or email. Bookings made on Booking.com are governed by the terms of Booking.com. Different terms may be explicitly agreed by arrangement.

1. Booking request and confirmation

A request sent through this website is not a confirmed booking. The booking is confirmed when both parties confirm it.

2. Minimum stay

The minimum stay is 3 nights, with no maximum.

3. Deposit and payment

• A deposit of 20% of the booking value is paid once the booking is confirmed by both parties.
• The remaining 80% is due up to 14 days before arrival.
• The payment method is agreed between the guest and the host before the booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellation

• More than 30 days before arrival: the full amount is refunded.
• Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: only the deposit is forfeited.
• Between 14 and 0 days before arrival: no amount is refunded.
• Different terms may be explicitly agreed by arrangement.

5. Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. Check-out is until 12:00. Andri House sleeps up to 4 guests.

6. Other terms

The Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy of this website also apply. In case of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Greek version prevails.
